Our Mission
At EaseOmni, we help businesses unlock the full potential of their omnichannel and supply chain operations. Founded in June - 2025 by Rajpal Singh, an OMS expert & Omnichannel Consultant with 14 years of global experience, EaseOmni combines enterprise-level expertise with a client first approach.
Our team have worked with leading brands such as Kering (Europe), Lacoste (Asia & Europe), Nike (USA), Barnes & Noble (USA), Ascena Retail Group (India/ USA), Cognizant, and Manhattan Associates, delivering successful implementations and optimizations of Order Management Systems (OMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) across the USA, EU, UK, APAC, China, and LATAM.
As a Subject Matter Expert in Manhattan OMS (DOM & Active Omni) and WMS, Our team have led end-to-end projects — from discovery and design to rollout and support — helping companies streamline order fulfillment, optimize inventory, and enable seamless omnichannel capabilities like BOPIS, ship-from-store, and returns etc.
Today, EaseOmni is proud to already be working with Kering (a global luxury group) through a partnership with Ekkiden, reflecting our ability to deliver value from day one.
